The graph shown on this slide illustrates what the efficiency data looks like for the 19 V/90 W reference design. Looking at the red curve, it can be seen that a design which uses a lower magnetizing inductance has efficiency that is nearly 1% lower than that of the efficiency show by the green curve, which is of a design that uses a higher magnetizing inductance transformer. The difference at light load is fairly significant, but there is an increase in efficiency across the entire load range.
