Alpha Wire’s Xtra-Guard flexible cables are designed to deliver excellent performance through millions of flex cycles in applications from control panels to cartesian robots. Alpha Wire 65000 series cables are designed for single axis flexing up to 1 million cycles in light to moderate flexing use cases. 85000 series can be flexed up to 14 million times and support multi-axis flexing, making them ideal for C-track or high flex applications. 86000 series cables are also designed for C-track and high flex applications, but offer twisted pair conductors for data applications. 86000 series cables support up to 6 million flex cycles. Alpha Wire Xtra-Guard flexible cables are offered in various configurations to meet specific application needs, with up to 50 conductors and multiple shielding options.
