El sensor de nivel de 
PIC GmbH incorpora interruptores de láminas en un vástago combinado con un flotador que contiene un anillo magnético. Esta solución de una unidad proporciona una detección confiable del nivel de líquido.
La serie PLS de PIC, que comprende los sensores de nivel magnético más pequeños del mundo, tipo A y tipo B, tiene una potencia nominal de 250 V CA/50 W. Los materiales de la carcasa disponibles incluyen polipropileno, poliamida y acero inoxidable. Los interruptores de flotador o los sensores de nivel están diseñados para el montaje superior, inferior y lateral.
