BD71631QWZ-TR | Datasheet Preview
The ROHM semiconductor BD71631QWZ is a Linear Charger for low charge voltage batteries. The battery charge voltage, charge current, termination current are set using external resistors. The BD71631QWZ has an adjustable termination current from 50 microamps to 10 milliamps and a low quiescent battery current. There is an NTC thermistor at the input for temperature qualified charging as well as an open-drain charge indicator LED output. Protections include a fixed 10 hour safety timer, thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout protection, and battery overvoltage protection. The BD71631QWZ is well-suited for low voltage batteries and lithium ion 1cell battery products.
