  • Integrated memory configuration featuring 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM with ECC for PS, 8 GB DDR4 SDRAM (64-bit) for PL, 256 MB QSPI Flash, 32 GB expandable eMMC Flash, and 2 KB EEPROM for high-speed, reliable data storage
  • Supports PCIe® Gen3/Gen4 x8, FMC+ HSPC connector, and high-speed B2B interface for ultra-fast communication between the SOM, host systems, and expansion modules, with integrated SD-FEC IP block for reliable high-speed data transfer
  • With high-speed B2B input pins, LVDS/SE I/Os, clock inputs, and built-in RF transceivers designed by using RoHS compliant components and manufactured on a lead-free production process
