At the core of our offering is the Modelithics® COMPLETE Library, which provides an extensive collection of measurement‑based Microwave Global Models™ for thousands of commercially available passive components, along with sophisticated non‑linear diode, transistor, and system‑level models. These models account for real‑world parasitics and offer advanced scalability features such as substrate and pad scaling, part‑value scaling, and adjustable bias and temperature conditions for active devices—enabling deeper design insight and more accurate performance predictions.
