Vishay's series of commercial and AEC-Q101 qualified ESD protection diode arrays come in the compact SOT-363 package. The leads are plated with Sn, which has the best performance in soldering processes. The package has the possibility of side soldering, which is preferred for all production processes where an optical inspection is requested. No x-ray is necessary for solder point inspection.
