Vishay's TNPW thin film resistor series suited for applications where tight tolerance and TCR are required, down to 0.1% and 10ppm
Vishay's TNPW thin film resistor series is an excellent choice where precision and long term stability is required, with very low resistive drift ≤ 0.05% after 1000h life test. This thin film series offers superior moisture resistance having the Vishay’s Specialized Passivation Method, being tested and qualified to the severe automotive 85°C/85% biased humidity test. The AEC-Q200 qualification makes this product series an appropriate choice for high reliability applications, available is case sizes 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 and 1210, with wide resistance range from 1 ohm to 3 Mohms, and enhanced power rating up to 0.5 W for the 1210. The TNPW series is offered with pure Tin termination plating which is RoHS compliant, but the series is also offered with tin-lead termination. In addition to this, the TNPW series is impervious to sulfur exposure, verified in accordance with ASTM B 809 standard.
