PIC32CM LE Series Ultra-Low Power Cortex®-M23 Microcontrollers

Microchip PIC32CM LE series features smart analog and touch integration for power-constrained embedded systems

Image of Microchip PIC32CM LE Series Ultra-Low Power Cortex-M23 MicrocontrollersThe Microchip PIC32CM LE series is a family of 32-bit microcontrollers based on the Arm® Cortex-M23 core, designed for ultra-low power operation with integrated analog and capacitive touch capabilities. These MCUs are optimized for battery-powered and space-constrained applications, offering advanced features such as SleepWalking peripherals, multiple low-power modes, and a built-in buck/LDO regulator with dynamic switching.

With operating speeds up to 48 MHz, the PIC32CM LE devices support up to 512 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM. They include analog comparators with windowed comparison, op amps, ADCs, DACs, and a high-sensitivity touch controller with Driven Shield Plus for moisture tolerance. The series is supported by the Microchip MPLAB Harmony v3 and MPLAB Code Configurator (MCC), enabling streamlined development and power profiling.
