This SMAJxxH family offers an economical but reliable solution for surge or transient events with standoff voltages up to 440 VDC. They come with a fast response time that is typically less than 1.0 ps from 0 V to VBR minimum. They also provide excellent surge clamping capability and longevity during transient events. These AEC-Q101 qualified TVS diodes are available in unidirectional and bidirectional protection characteristics and are designed to be used in automotive and other high-reliability applications.
